Great learning curve

Working at Capita was a great challenge but at the same time a great learning curve. Co-workers were great, good relationships were built. Everything was fast paced. What I loved about the company is the friendliness. What I did not like was that managers are lacking in the fact of taking employees feelings into consideration, and confidentiality.

Great opportunity to gain experience

DdffWorking for Capita has its ups and downs such as any other business. But a typical day at work is pressured however, excellent target reaching competition between the advisors. There are growth opportunities in the managerial positions and its a great opportunity to gain experience.

Good company

Typical work day is speaking to UK customer regarding bills, Network,Port in Port outs etc. Very difficult customer that always expect you at your best. Customers that expects you to know everything, *even things that are outside your scoup. You as the agent would still go the extra mill for exceptional customer service. My relationship with co-workers makes its a fun working environment. I enjoy going to work and I've learnt a lot from currently employeer.

Excellent review

In my current job, the typical work day involves long hours 11 hours and high volumI enjoy the atmosphere and environment, as well as the work because mainly involves changing booking and refunds. People work together and a a team.e of calls.With my current job, I have learnt that I'm capable to achieving any goals that I set out for myself. I enjoy the easy going work flow. The challenging part about the job is the forever changing polices as it is Airways business.

Excellent Growth

It's a great company. There is a lot of room to grow and the people is very friendly. I have gained a lot of experience in customer services at Capita. Only thing I feel the company needs to do is change the shifts. I enjoy the environment and challenges.

I believe I have the drive to make a success of whatever it is I attempt to do.

Staff culstaff culture and attitude at Capita is absolutely amazing . I believe that there is a lot to be learned from the culture . However I believe that management can do a lot more to further this by filtering information down to staff more openly. at Capita

Very flexible Adapt to a healthy work environment fast Can multitask Deal with complaints and first hand resolution I'm good at self managing Coaching skills Computer literacy I'm also a very open and honest person and I'm applying for this job as I'm looking for a new experience and better opportunities and aswell as making more money so that I can support my family better
