Good starting point for someone with no experience
Great company to work for, how ever very stressful environment, which could help with the pressure when working in the accounting field with regards to the dead lines of that need to be met constantly. Working staff is great to work with, very friendly and accommodating, with the extra boost of motivation from management as well. You also learn a lot about how the company is runed. Most challenging about work there is the target's which can get alot,but eventually manageable.
Pros: Great to gain some sort of working experience
Cons: Working 6days a bit week which is draining, and the toughness of getting a promotion from within the company

Excellent Opportunities
Working at Capitec provided me with a platform to learn in a fast paced financial environment and also to grow as an employee, I learnt valuable skills while working at that company, like selling skills, communicating with clients, team work, managing client expectations and handling quiries, training new employees and coaching existing employees which have an been valuable in my development.

Developing long lasting relationship
I enjoyed serving clients for which enabled me to build long lasting relationships with which would benefit me on the long run when in need of leads or obtaining referrals. This experience also aids in the continuous improvement of my interpersonal and communcation skills. Furthermore , allowing me to ensure that even the next encounter with the next client is phenomenal.

excellence in seek, plan and share. Excellent in unlocking your potential. With this company you learn everyday new things, they put clients first but teaching consultants and make sure they well aware of the product and understand it perfectly so clients will be at ease that their money is safe with Capitec Bank. They invest a lot for their reputation and clients financial well-being and employees in terms of gain wider perspective in life.

Great sales and marketing experience
It is a great company that I work for, mostly we dealing with clients so it's makes it more interesting to interact with different kind of people with different attitudes and mostly the team I work with (colleagues) is amazing when it comes to team work and sharing ideas, coming up with strategic plans etc

I’m a fast learner and always keen on learning new things.
The current company I’m working for is well driven and has monthly targets. My employees are good people and the culture is good. Although I feel as though I can spread my wings more and learn and achieve better

Exploration of the system
My time at my current employer has given much knowledge, in the short space of time I have been given opportunities of working on different parts of the system from Frontend UI development and functionality to Micro-service development and its integration into the Front end, I've worked with servers and Databases. It was been a very wealthy experience that has strengthened my skills both on a professional and personal capacity. Working with a small team has helped with connecting the many moving parts of the system during development

Exposure to customer service and working under pressure and target-driven industry
What I have learned is a lot as every month we are given targets to achieve which means that you need to have selling skills in order to achieve targets given. Working under pressure been working in a busy branch for 2 years which means we are timed when assisting clients with their queries. It taught me to be efficient and effective at all time. There is growth in the company and we also have learning resources if one wants to enhance their skills and knowledge. I work well with my team as there is no grudges if one is mistreated unfairly solve the problem now before it gets worse.
Pros: Opportunity growth which one can be promoted to the next level
Cons: Long working hours and now I am in a quiet branch which is not challenging.
