In my current role I work with clients both intern and external and my day in life requires me to coach the internal clients and spend time selling and positioning to the external clients. The internal clients are my subordinates which I spend the majority of my time with. I do shoulder to shoulder training with them and also train them on product knowledge so that they can better serve clients. I like working with people and enjoy the new things that I get to learn and experience in my role.

Learning challenges
I am responsible for a team of 13 service consultants and we work well together. We face day to day challenges such aas client complaints but we always deal with them accordingly.

Developing long lasting relationship
I enjoyed serving clients for which enabled me to build long lasting relationships with which would benefit me on the long run when in need of leads or obtaining referrals. This experience also aids in the continuous improvement of my interpersonal and communcation skills. Furthermore , allowing me to ensure that even the next encounter with the next client is phenomenal.

Learning daily, ability to take own decision, driving sales as per target

Learning curve
i manage my day by planning everything that need to be done. i enjoy interacting with colleagues and customers. i always try to learn things that is not really part of my duties at work and i enjoy cross training in other departments to develop experience at all levels in the workplace. i enjoy communicating with different personalities and cultures as it is also a way of learning and getting to know people. i love a good challenge especially when it involves working my way up all the way to the top.

Good overall
-A typical work day - I deal branches all over South Africa assisting them any account related or technical issue that they may be experiencing - Your relationship with co-workers - My co-workers are like family we have a very relaxed work relationship with my team - What you have learnt - I have learnt that anything can be learnt with time and that no job is too big, with time an perseverance anything is possible - What you enjoy most - I enjoy deal with different people from different backgrounds then mine, you get to learn a lot if you come with an open mind - The most challenging aspects of the job - The everyday focus of dealing with people’s money you have to be on your A game every time.

Excellent learning curve
