It is a great company to work for, where I gained a lot of experience in working with people of different cultures and beliefs. And also learnt resilience as sometimes clients can be difficult and unfair but I learnt how to cool them down and judge of feel hurt but use that as a learning curve and grow
Pros: Great opportunity to grow with the company, the leadership focuses on employees so that the employees can serve their clients well

Opportunity for growth
es Working at Capitec has been a great challenge, there are days where you learn different ways of handling conflict with clients and different approaches with different people and situations. But the best part is my co-workers who are more than colleagues but family. family.

Great stepping stone
A day in the life of a Capitec consultant starts with a daily meeting of the days tasks that need to be completed as well as the teams figures and targets. As a consultant we do everything like opening savings accounts issuing credit , transactions , and funeral covers . as a team we have to have each others back but also hold each other accountable for the tasks to be accomplished . The challenge we consultants face on a daily basis is having to juggle between being client centric and complete non client facing tasks , but u tend to learn time management and achieving the impossible very quickly .
Pros: Adopt great work ethic , time management skills and a never die attitude

Excellent learning curve
It has been great working at Capitec Bank. I have learnt a lot from the company. I grew as a person and also as a Leader. It can be very challenging but also very rewarding. Knowing that you made a difference in someone's life made it worthwhile. r.
