Good working enviroment

Working for the company has been great because of the learning opportunities and growth. all staff members undergo the same training which allows working in a team efficient. As much as working around servicing people environment it also made it a bit difficult reaching targets if one did not plan.

Good Learning curve

I am open for growth and so i feel like I have ex learnt alot and now its time to move on to bigger and better avenues. The working conditions and hours are extremely long.

Gaining more experience

I type almost the whole day, I'm friendly person who always talkative willing to help others, I've learn to share with other. The most enjoying moments is to work with number everyday especial when my work is balancing and meeting the target. The most challenging aspects is when my work doesn't balance and we must balance them because they need to send to G4S.

Bring in this field for the last 12 years has exposed me to all types of different people with different personalities. Is a good company to work for with learning opportunities

Its a good company to work for however its difficult to get a promotion even though i have been working there for almost 5 years still after trying and developing myself learning every aspect of the business i still hold the same position

Excellent learning curve

Has its perks but also it's disadvantages such as long hours, management that don't seem to care about anything but the bottom line. Opportunities to grow as there are causes available to register to as well as funding opportunities.

You are not in charge of your life anymore.

If you are wanting to start a family or have a family...just don't work at at Capitec Bank..it's not as amazing as they make it seem. Young people with no responsibilities GO FOR IT

Great working environment

No room to grow and further one’s career. Learning to work in a team and with good communication skills. The company doesn’t have many opportunities for service consultants but it’s a great way to help you understand the banking industry
