Opportunity for growth
. Oathe company is an amazing place to work for, however there is not much opportunity for growth. The management is not always available to their employees concerns and grievances however the culture is workable and the co workers do get along to reach the goal of the company overall

Learning curve
I'm self driven, what I enjoy the most is working with people although we get difficult clients as an employee I still act in the best interest of the client. My purpose is to serve our clients and build long lasting relationship. As a leadership I'm building a Cohesive Team. Making sure my team stays motivated and we also need to understand the Why are we here. I have learnt that there will be bad months but we need to stay positive and not mobe our eyes on the ball.

Great environment to develop people skills.
My day involves a lot of face to face interaction with clients and that has been of great assistance in learning how to handle different types of clients and dealing with customer complaints. The way that the office/branch has been laid out, promotes a lot of interaction between the employees and that has gone a long way in creating a productive team environment. There might be a few things that still have room for improvement, like company benefits and development strategies but that will improve as time goes on.

Great orgainsational health and team work
We have a great team work strategy that we hold each other accountable and with or without the manager we take responsibility of our own sales figures and always push the same directions to receive team awards quarterly

Life skills
I'm a positive person who enjoys smiling more than I frown, trying by all means to keep the wrinkles away. I am energetic though when I start speaking you might not think so. Well I enjoy being around different people sharing great ideas or talking about our experiences. I believe that we learn on a daily basis as long as we open to learning. I try not to be emotional as sometimes you never taken seriously if you too emotional. I enjoy activities at work as I believe it stimulates our minds to be as creative as possible.

Financial Learning Curve
I enjoyed every moment of working at capitec Bank. The productivity and the amount of effort when it comes to service that they have for their clientele is by all means the Best. I have a passion for working with people, hence capitec was the place to be. I can say that their outlook on people and today's economy is honestly a site that keeps the company filled with growth and prosperity.

Good learning opportunities
Administration, first thing is to save all emails and look at previous days performance, analyze how well or bad the day was. Use the correspondence received and the previous days performance to prepare for daily morning meeting, as well as the plan as to what is expected of the team this day. After meeting review a year new findings and do daily administration. Record all day activities and update the day planner as the day goes by. Respond to any and all corresponding emails including, including client complaints or compliments. Get feedback on all training that's implemented, mark assignments and do one on one coaching, shoulder to shoulder trainings, evaluations anger give feedback to line management
