Technology and innovation
I've been with my employer for the past 6 years. In this time I have acquired extensive knowledge within the banking and audit sphere. The environment created by my current employer has aided not only my professional growth but has built my character immensely. Team work is at the heart of what I do and I value the competitive nature of my colleagues. This competitiveness and will to learn is evident in the organizations standing within the global banking industry. The most exciting and challenging aspects of my job is pioneering innovative solutions in order to safe guard the companies processes and policies without compromising customer satisfaction.

Great learning opportunities acquired
Having working at Capitec Bank has blossomed a strong sales person and a great leader, that is assertive and never compromises his value. Day to day operations of the branch is top priority on my list and also mentoring and coaching of staff members. Having an experience in sitting in interviews and finding the best suitable candidate for a position has also been an excellent experience for me.

We had admin tasks which were mainly card stock reconciliation.
We had admin tasks which were mainly card stock reconciliation in addition to seeing clients for their banking services.. We made courtesy calls to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Passionate in organizing and admin work - do everything to perfection
For the past 8 years I have worked for Capitec Bank, as a Fraud / Admin consultant Although I have greatly enjoyed this role, I am now looking for a new challenge that will provide me with the opportunity for further growth and development, within myself as well as in the company.
