Good incentives
on a day to day we call clients who have defaulted on their loan and credit card installments, rehabilitating the accounts , resolving queries, doing reversals and adjustments on the loans. we have a food relationship in my team because we work together. i have learnt to multi task , well organised ,negotiation skills and communication skills. i enjoy the incentives reward its a motivation it keeps us going. the challenge its working long working hours, having to reach stretched targets on time.

Leadership is a growth mindset in action
I’m passionate about people development and growth. In a team I’m the leader as most of my co-workers believe in my servant leadership style. What I’ve learned is to take on opportunities and challenges as they come and give it my all. What I enjoy about my work is the shifting a fixed mindset to a growth mindset . What’s challenging about my job is is keeping up with competitors and remaining relevant but the challenge is worth it.
Pros: Capitec is my first employer and I got promoted 3 times in a period of four years and now I’m the branch Manager
Cons: The company I’m working at we work Monday to Saturday and Saturday is paid at normal rate. We work on holidays and work long hours compared to other banks .

Good starter
Good collegues, great relationship with clients, very client centric company. Puts the needs of the client first. Just hours are too long and too much pressure on employees without any form of assistance or training from higher management.

Excellent learning curve
It has been great working at Capitec Bank. I have learnt a lot from the company. I grew as a person and also as a Leader. It can be very challenging but also very rewarding. Knowing that you made a difference in someone's life made it worthwhile. r.

Professional Bank Manager and Marketing Executive
A typical work day is to assist Branch managers with staffing, acquisition, development of talent. Create tactical plans to drive sales and manage performance. Ensure that the bank devices are operational Deal with different stakeholders in the business to address issues or improve our business... Do disciplinary enquiries Iam a multiplier, I have a good relationship with co-workers I have learnt a lot about leadership and the importance of striking a balance... Most challenging aspects are to lead from far as I am not in the branches daily
Pros: Company culture makes you feel as part of the family
Cons: Working on Weekends and growth is quiet slow due to how small the company still is

Learning curve
Client service first. Opening accounts. Granting credit, feeling with client queries, administration (filling, report analysis, answering client quiry via emails, report writing as a second in charge to manager). Arrears Rescheduling.

Opening accounts, following up on clients who said to call them back,telemarking,courtesy call
I work at a bank as a service consultant. I deal with clients on a daily basis. I do follow up calls, telemarketing and courtesy calls. I work from Monday to Saturday. I deal with client complaints and help with solving client complaints. I do admin work , like filing and updating time sheets

I love motitaving my team to do more and unlock their potential
Ii ha I have worked for capitec Bank for over 9 years and I'm great full for the opportunity. I have grown a lot as a banker and I have gained a banking certificate for free through my dedication. I would not have asked for a better employer but I also believe as an individual I need to grow and explore the world

Exciting Opportunity
What I love about working for my company is that the team I work with has my back and I have theirs. I also enjoy the bonus. I have learned to be very open about my challenges and seek assistance. I have also learned to delegate tasks. My biggest challenge is the the department I work in requires two assistants, not one like currently.

Great working environment
No room to grow and further one’s career. Learning to work in a team and with good communication skills. The company doesn’t have many opportunities for service consultants but it’s a great way to help you understand the banking industry
