Good exposure and experience filled
It has been a great learning experience, experiencing working with people of different genders and ethnicity and still being able to reach the same goal, yes there have been tough times but it has been a great entry level job to get you ready and equipped for anything

Excellent learning curve
I worked with a very supportive and encouraging and supportive team..what I enjoyed the most is helping clients,unfortunately for me I was more interested in their problems than selling to them...what I did not enjoy about the job is selling..I couldn't sell

Excellent Learning journey
Competitive, passionate environment that constantly requires one's maximum input and intensity. Challenging and often exciting environment to be involved in. The transparency and purpose driven up-down communications/interactions that were implemented as years progressed were extremely good for progressive minded individuals and allowed/encouraged personal growth. A lot of growth opportunities in the earlier years, which naturally slow down as the company grows slower. Although the company has actively tried to improve perks, and other staff disgruntlement's year on year as it growth; this remains a much needed focal point. The long hours and travel in my case due to the regional structure are however often strenuous. Set-up however is often seen to be stifling due to the rigid and compliance nature of the job; minimizing innovative initiatives.
Pros: Company has adopted a learning culture which is good for one's own mental and personal growth.
Cons: Limited cross departmental movement opportunities

Ii ha I have worked for capitec Bank for over 9 years and I'm great full for the opportunity. I have grown a lot as a banker and I have gained a banking certificate for free through my dedication. I would not have asked for a better employer but I also believe as an individual I need to grow and explore the world

ng Great company culture. Room for growth if you are in the right department with the right qualifications. Lots of opportunity to further your tertiary education, ie bursaries available as well as employee up skill budget for short courses.

Gaining more experience
I type almost the whole day, I'm friendly person who always talkative willing to help others, I've learn to share with other. The most enjoying moments is to work with number everyday especial when my work is balancing and meeting the target. The most challenging aspects is when my work doesn't balance and we must balance them because they need to send to G4S.
