I'm a very hard worker and can work under pressure

I'm always willing to learn something new each and everyday. I'm a very fast learner so so dedicated in whatever that I do. I'm that kind of person who likes to get a job done in time. I can also conclude by saying I'm a perfectionist. I work so well with my team and always willing to go the extra mile for them, and what I enjoy the most is my interaction with clients, I really enjoy that part

Cornerstone and e-learning were offered

I lIlearned hpw tp multitask as the duties were being:caahier,meet and greet clients,sell funeral policies as well as processing funeral claims,issuing lians,follow up on bad debts,replenishing wth g4s custodians,telemarkerting,receiving and sending emails,converting non-banking clients,capturing client info and opening savings accounts for clientsearned

Pros: Meet set targets,internal vacancies were advertised before that is done externally
Cons: Long working hours were extended on and after the 25th of every month until the 1st if rhe following month,as well as trading on Sunday and public holiday

Excellent learning curve

Its a hard industry and requires some work. It can be very unfair working at capitec but as an employee i thrive to make it work for me and i constantly adapt tonthe changes that happen easy

Capitec is overall, an excellent company from which to launch a career.

Capitec Bank is overall, an excellent company to work for. It has a simple business model and employs a variety of excellent and diverse people. There is abundant opportunity for growth in Capitec Bank and is an excellent platform from which to launch a great career. The company is very invested in the well-being of its employees and takes great care of them in every regard.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion. Hires young people and you only require matric.
Cons: Long working hours. Monotonous job. Very target driven.

Excellent learning curve

I worked with a very supportive and encouraging and supportive team..what I enjoyed the most is helping clients,unfortunately for me I was more interested in their problems than selling to them...what I did not enjoy about the job is selling..I couldn't sell

The overall experience was very good. Management really needs to work on themselves as they don’t know how to do deal with employees salary needs to be adjusted as the work that you are doing is wat more than what you are getting paid for

Good company to work for but not much opportunity foe growth unless someone promotes you.

The company has a good working environment. There just aren't much opportunity to grow unless someone promotes you. I worked in the same branch for over years. The salary is good and you get opportunity to increase the salary by performing. I would recommend the job to a.young individual who is working themselves up and doesnt have.kids.

Pros: Not much opportunity for growth but a good company for young individuals.
