Developing long lasting relationship

I enjoyed serving clients for which enabled me to build long lasting relationships with which would benefit me on the long run when in need of leads or obtaining referrals. This experience also aids in the continuous improvement of my interpersonal and communcation skills. Furthermore , allowing me to ensure that even the next encounter with the next client is phenomenal.

Excellent Opportunities

Working at Capitec provided me with a platform to learn in a fast paced financial environment and also to grow as an employee, I learnt valuable skills while working at that company, like selling skills, communicating with clients, team work, managing client expectations and handling quiries, training new employees and coaching existing employees which have an been valuable in my development.

Organisational overview

Daily I interact with clients, a normal work day can be either from 7:45 am to 17:00 pm or from 8:45 to 18:00 pm. Saturday we work till 15:00 pm and on Sunday till 13:00 pm. The main focus is client services and administrative tasks. I enjoy the daily interactions with clients and colleagues, because I learn a lot from the experiences of other people. Achieving high targets in the current economic environment is the most challenging aspect. I get along well with my colleagues and we've built long lasting relationships that go beyond the working relationships.

It's nice, has its ups and downs on a daily.

A day at work is not bad at all but it can be draining as you work more than anything , you need to stay on track with changes that is not always communicated in a great way and can stress you when you get a bad quality call .

Cons: Long working days at you work 6 days a week

Financial Learning Curve

I enjoyed every moment of working at capitec Bank. The productivity and the amount of effort when it comes to service that they have for their clientele is by all means the Best. I have a passion for working with people, hence capitec was the place to be. I can say that their outlook on people and today's economy is honestly a site that keeps the company filled with growth and prosperity.

Excellent learning curve

Good working environment,full support from top management but difficult clients due to inconvenience such as system issue or access channels. There is always team support amongst each other. Learnt a whole lot from leadership skills as our inputs are taken into consideration. A good learning environment indeed as there are also learning activities throughout. Promoting long life learning.

Learning curve

client was not happy with her service, my colleague asked me to assist. when I got to the client I assisted the client n she was happy with the outcome

Great company culture

ng Great company culture. Room for growth if you are in the right department with the right qualifications. Lots of opportunity to further your tertiary education, ie bursaries available as well as employee up skill budget for short courses.
