Excellent learning curve

My aim is to obtain the 2 year experience in other to qualify for a national diploma in management assistant and my aim is to provide a positive in the working organization an also to gain communication skills through my collogues that I will preferably work with in capitec bank at any branch. I would like to be considered as the employee as it was my dream to find myself working at capitec bank.

Excellent working environment

Excellent work ethic development

A good company to learn self resilience and motivation. You get to learn many areas within banking and sales. You grow a thick skin working for the company as there is a lot required of you. The company has descent incentive schemes. When done right you can quickly grow your salary bracket. Takes up a lot of your time but a descent company to work for.

Good and was nice place to be ,friendly ,honestly, truworthfully people,well organise.

I have good personality,friendly with everyone at work always in time , honesty,truworrtfully you can always rely on me , like to work with group of people and well organized.

Pros: I will love to be promoted
Cons: 8:30 to 4:30 and won't mind working long hours

Am a fast learner

Am able to communicate and in group work. I can work under pressure and have a good work ethic.Am willing to work and gain more experience and follow all the rules and regulations under the company. Am also willing to work as I would be instructed

Daily tasks

A typical work day starts with updating Day starts with updating daily Reconciliations. Attending daily meetings. Working on Reconciling items. Reconciliations, requesting data information, having daily meetings and then resolving reconciling items.

Pros: Growing company.
Cons: Salary not decent

Learning something new every day

Im seeking a job where I can excell and work myself towards a goal. In 5 years time i wabt to be in a management position. I have the knowlesge hut nit the papers,but are willing to study. Im want to re locate in order ti start a new lufe and better carreer. I want to do more project costing. I want to excell in my accoubting degree

Cons: Sometimes working long hours,neglecting your loved one. And not being able to work youraelf up. In 5 years i will still be in the same place.

Good to learn in mistakes

I love my most current job role because we always play fun game related to our branch goal. We give our self target for the day and we do pressurise our self to make it at the end of the day.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn lot in short time
