I've learnt a lot from Cartrack. The most challenging aspects is when you get this difficult clients that eoilf always be negative towards your work

Great corporate etiquette
Great company to work with. I've learnt many aspects of the industry both internationally and externally. The work culture although challenging, but rewarding. The executive team were experts in the field and made notable leaps in progress in the time I was there. Mr Edmiston was an excellent mentor who was firm yet fair.

A day in the life
My day starts with email follow up, client queries and answering both, we have a close knit team at our branch, i conduct regular site visits to existing clients to handle any issues, cold calling is a regular function, this can be a challenge but is part and parcel of the job and disappointment is to be expected, the most enjoyable thing for me is to solve a clients problem quickly, the most challenging thing is to be let down by people, when that happens you just have to pick yourself up and start again

Great learning platform
A typical work day at my company includes interviewing relevant employees and inquiring about the procedures followed for various business processes. It is a fast growing company and offers great opportunities for growth. What I have learnt thus far, is to work at a fast pace and to be detailed and ensure quality work is submitted.

Excellent company to work for
Great people, exlcellent department to work in but minimal growth. But management is very caring and understanding, i feel im not working to my full potential and i would like to experience a bigger role in the company where I can be regornised as an idividual, and make a difference.
Pros: Always go the extra mile to satisfy a client.

Fast paced and demanding
This is an autotocratic business lead by a truly interesting and driven owner manager who does not allow executive decision making and discourages disagreement with his views. It is a culture of fear of failure where every penny spent is scrutinised and evaluated. Contracts with customers and suppliers are merely suggestions rather than legally binding. People do not matter - profit matters.
Pros: Steep learning curve
Cons: Work 24/7/365, very aggressive and limited communication, people do not matter

Excellent Learning Curve
Im a dedicated person , who takes his job seriously and enjoy working with people . Im a team player and a good listener whos able to provide clients with great customer service . Phone Etiquette is one of my strongest abilities as I enjoy helping or assisting clients with regards to the problems they are facing . I've came across challenges whereby I cant help the client's next of kind due to "Company Rules" and for the fear of losing my job I had to explaing and again comply with the rules . My previous job taught me on how to make a person to listen with understanding and to be polite and explain in full detail with either their preferred language , so we can come to a better understanding and conclusion .
Pros: Hardworking , Focused , Asking Where Necessary
Cons: Working long hours can be tough , you need to be well rested and you need energy to keep you going through the day or night

Very passionate about learning new things
I'm hard worker who likes challenges willing to learn strong personality with colleagues always like feel being wanted easily understand each other's personality can easily adapt to a change meaning new management etc Thanyou
Pros: Working at cars track gave or educated me in many ways as it is a large company I had to experience and learn in different departments and duties such as being a cash book clerk and technician
Cons: We work overtime always even sataday and Sunday of which to me that is not a problem as it put money on the table all I do is to sacrifice

My current employer is growing and the are many opportunities. I am currently a credit controller I send statements raise invoices and also prepare sales journal's. I also re-invoice clients that we incorrectly . Call clients for unpaid subscriptions
Pros: The are opportunities but limited.
Cons: Working how's are flexible straight shift 8 - 5

Learnt alot
Learnt alot from the organisation. Did many functions within the company from systems support to training staff to marketing. Its been great to of been able to do so much and learn so much at the company.
