Day to day

Day to day duties include but not limited to cashbook processing, creditors recon, payments to suppliers and customer contacts management. On a monthly basis I send out a schedule of which customers to invoice, once that is done I check the figures against the budget and prepare a Sales Report reflecting monthly, yearly sales, a Budget vs Actual report to indicate variances on the budget and report directly to the finance director.

Excellent experience gained

Maintain, improve, repair and service cash processing machines in a high pressured, 24 hour high production environment. Solving software, hardware, electrical and mechanical issues, with minimum influence to production. Duties includes replacing bearings, troubleshooting faults’ causes, replacing drive belts, refurbishing mechanical & electrical components (motors, sensors, PCB’s). Ensure that machines comply by South African Standards to pass all audits. Other responsibilities include compiling reports daily, ordering stock, and overseeing the plant.
