Good working environment; international exposure; unorthodox working hours
Working in a contact centre required a lot of multi tasking. Daily tasks included assisting customer telephonically with mostly technical issue they were experiencing with the company's products/services. Assisting customer with general queries related to the whole company was also part of my job. Both these tasks required a thorough understanding of the company as a whole; its products and technical knowledge of the company's product. I enjoyed the fact that it was an international company and thus exposed me to interact with international customers which not only broadens my horizon, but also allowed me to understand how other places work.

Excellent learning curve
Since I am a pleasant person at all times, relationship with co workers is quite good. Very busy at times but we are able to cope. And very long hours
