Store manager

long hrs min 11 hrs per day , no day offs , staff shortages,enjoyed most working with customers and suppliers setting targets daily for yourself , suppliers just stopped supplying typical work day starting at 6 receiving stock make sure you have all staff at working stations bakery , delicatessen,fruit and veg, butchery, cashiers and cash office staff , making sure that you have liquor store opened and cashier available, doing orders and also make sure ranges are available in all the service dept as well as all the groceries on the trading floor, make sure the floor is cleaned and washed and swept

Cons: long hours , double shifts , not enough staff no training given , do not question management
