I having national diploma in Financiall management 5 year working as financial management lecturer at Sekhukhune FET college. Offering pastel account ,Pastel payroll .cost and management accounting.im Currently working as Bookkeeper of Clear choice builders Running VIP Payeroll.Capturing and allocating the transitions to corrects accounting using Pastel Evolutions. Submitting EMP201,VAT 201,Income Tax .Provision Tax ,EMP501on SARS via Efilling .

Self driven person

Ther a lot of challenges. But what I like is that from that challenge I will strive to improve myself. Long working hours and good intersect with my co workers. I have learnt to be more responsible and to be accurate.

Excellent learning curve,great exposure to high pressure projects

Typically I measure and issue payment certificate,I measure using drawing material that needs to be delivered.Keep record of material on site source quotes and negotiate rates. I work hand in hand with site tasking and site agent while reporting directly to senior quantity Surveyor We as a team manage locals and subcontractors

WORKING TOGETHER AS A TEAM

good communication is the key to success Working together as a team I enjoy working on site and i have learned to be patient, and humble. Looking after employees and having a tool box talk daily. Doing risk assessment daily and make sure that all employees follow the safety rules. The most challenging aspect of the job is when there are injured employees and u hve to do investigations.

I would like to one day be in management position.

My typical work day is to start at 7h00 in the morning and checking on with accounts manager for quotations done and to request on invoices so to Processing all on the system (Pastel). I am working in a call center set up office environment (Finance & accounts Department) which makes us closer, friendly and communication effective at all times. I have learnt to be patient, more communicative, sharing is caring environment makes your day all smiles and fruitful. Doing the work i do makes me enjoy the challenges, the new things I learn everyday. The challenging part is dealing with difficult suppliers in order to get quotes / invoices on time so to get the job done at a stipulated time.

Pros: I have an advantage to study further and grow with the company.

Learning Experience

Family based company, with a leader that doesn't listen to advice, suggestions to improve the controls of the company. Lack of communication. Only have 1 I.T. guy.

Pros: We knock off at 12pm on the last Friday of the month
Cons: Long working hours, feels guilty when taking time off.
