Great experience

It's great work at the company. Each day is not the same as the amount of work varies from day to day & time to time. Sometimes it's fine working with my colleagues but then there are days when they can be a pain. I've learnt to manage people as well as manage the department. What I enjoy most is providing the clients with good customer service.

Cons: If you work extra hours it's not appreciated

Excellent learning curve

Good day My name is Sylvia I work at clicks as a shop assistant cashier an also a friendship supervisor I was working at clicks sandton city then they appointed me to a new store at clicks discovery place as a supervisor.I am a hard worker,willing to learn new things,able to work under pressure and always willing to go a mile for customer to make the customer happy. It has been good working with customers

It has been good for me working at clicks because I get to meet different customers of different charectors and getting to solve customers complaints it really thought me communication skills also

Good curve

Im working at a courier company for clicks, it has been a new and good experience for me. I startedworking in 2014 as a locum and due to my hard work, I was offered a permanent position the same year. I am currently working in the Speciality department whereas I deal with cancer patients and Nutricia patients. It has taiga me to know the importance of a healthy lifestyle and how important every day is in ones life as I deal with patients that die any minute.

Leaning curve

I work as a health care assistand working hand in hand with the dispensary giving out their required medication and giving advise to customers on what is better when it come to medication and helping them que on the right que at the dispensary side.

Great opportunity

Working for clicks is fun and I enjoy it there especially if I get to balance a recon on the first attempt. I have learnt a lot over the past years and they send you for excel training and telephone etiquette and many more. It's a very helpful company. The most challenging aspect of my job is to get a messy account clean but I love a challenge.

Cons: We are underpaid at clicks for the work that we do.

Sustaineble Company

Good Company Strong Future There is growth possibilities but need qualifications for more seniour positions but not want to pay for for quality. Componay is a company with a great future and should be around for next 50 years so if you want security and not worries about long hoirs over weekends then this is for you.

A great environment to work at

I have been enjoying working with customers ,especially ones with different attitudes this helped me a lot on how to manage angry customers and how to bear with them . The current experience I have concerning customer care will positively impact my life ever since I want to be an entrepreneur on day. Group work also taught me that sharing idea's can lead into good and excellent results ,which of course can increase sales within the company.

Pros: Having obtained adequate percentage on maths and English can make one to stand a chance of getting a learnership.
Cons: There are long hours ,but also given the tea time and lunch it becomes reasonable
