Excellent experince in selling policies

Converting leads into sales, attending sales meetings and making sure daily target is meant Managing monthly targets and ensuring customer satisfaction is adhered to and compliance regulations standards are on par. Relationship with co-workers was really pleasant and rewarding . The team was very positive and influential in all aspects, by wining incentives and prices making me feel more relaxed and highly motivated.

Good place to learn sales skills but has pressure

Good place to work but some team leaders have favouritism. Long working hours. Great food and incentives. Great events. Campaigns are sometimes cold calling. Lack of leads

That you would always need to keep a positive mentality

Its rather a typical sales environment where you constantly need to utilize the resources at hand to become profitable for your self as well as the company. What to enjoy the most is the engagement with clients a having chance of establishing a need for for the individual, Most challenging aspect of the job is dealing with clients whom already a had bad experiences with insurance the or whom are totally not interested in having to hear what you say. I learnt overall when engaging in sales call you always have to clear and professional to gain the persons attention and also need to create grounds for the client to engage by creating pictures.

Good experience

It is a good company to work for, there is growth and the management is in order, the only problem is the working hours and days because of we are always chasing targets so that we get paid good money because the commission structure is too low, and then again it depends on one's age and responsibilities because at this age and day no one want to keep guessing what their salary will be come pay day, you have met and exceeded your target and then they come and tell you about first premium unmet and cancellations and then your salary is screwed up

Leaning

Talking to deferent peaple everyday, convince them to buy because it will help them in futures ,building repour with . Mowing a person without seing them . Challenging part if we do not have leads and we have to make sale enjoying when the is money incentive. Enjoyable moments always be a team player we always do competition and work as a team

Day to day learning and motivational

i deal mostly with over 100clients per day on a call so its good that i learn about different personalities and cultures and human natures but most important i get to deal with people and assist them with covers and resolve their queries and in no time i also insure that they are happy. the work environment is a fast paced environment were you in and out of calls but also a friendly and relaxing place.

Is not easy to grow within the company and they don't really care about the employees as they hire each and everyday, We work from 8am to 7pm but we don't earn for that hours, apart from that we are a family with our teams , we care about each other. Clientele tought me to be a responsuble individual and to work very hard for my earnings

Good working environment

I loved working for Clientele ,it was a vibrant organization . With my previous company, I greatly admired their support and desire for growth in their employees. I was privileged to be able to take advantage of their in-house training and their flexible scheduling allowed me to complete my Certificate while working there.

Excellent customer service and excellent learning curve

A good working environment with good excellent relationship with colleagues. A good working environment is where there is clear communication and team work. I enjoy the current working hours and the interaction with customers. Even though it is challenging to get customers who are being mislead by agents in the fields, it does help to interact with them in order to correct what has been misinterpreted.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow within the company.
Cons: Expected to work extra hours when required.
