Learnt customer interaction skills and workplace etiquette
I learnt to deal with customers and how to respond to irate clients. Also learnt computer and telephonic skills. I am only struggling with the lack of knowledge that is received as it’s a call center and It is scripted. Most challenging task to deal with is angry clients not happy with our procedures.

Excellent learning curve
Clientele had given me information to understand financial service providers in other words insurance company how they work. Clientele is a diverse company which gives insights to different sectors from sales consultants to claim Administrators arbitrators legal matters Hospital Matters and different diverse departments. It's a environment where and videos work together as employees we work together in order to achieve a common goal which boost service levels overall. What I enjoy so far is interacting with different clients assisting from different diverse groups. The most challenging thing in Klein Town and the claim administration there are bridges you can receive from the company if you do not follow the correct procedure of assisting clients or dealing with encashment of money. Secondly incentives depend on how you perform monthly.

My time at clientele has been great, the people I work with are great mentors to me. I've learned a lot in my 2years these The company treats it's employers very well and if does its best to make you a better employee

Exellent retension skills
I work alot under pressure i do sales and custoer care, a typical work day iclude self motivation ;, team work, paying attetiontdetail,problem solving and administration. Work enviroment is usualy energetic and target driven . Ive learnt to set dail goals to achive my targetand exceeding custoers expectation . I enjoyinteracting with my clients and assisting twith thier query making sure i retain them at the same time. Sometiemes the high call volume can be challangin that why ive found triks tohelp mework under pressure.

Good experience
It is a good company to work for, there is growth and the management is in order, the only problem is the working hours and days because of we are always chasing targets so that we get paid good money because the commission structure is too low, and then again it depends on one's age and responsibilities because at this age and day no one want to keep guessing what their salary will be come pay day, you have met and exceeded your target and then they come and tell you about first premium unmet and cancellations and then your salary is screwed up

Very good company to work for
I have learned how to handle objections and to deal with difficult clients. In every job respect come first so if you and your co-workers respect each other you will enjoy working for the company and confident about your work, thou I liked my supervisor cause he wasn't smiling with us during working hours, he was a very hard mananger to work for, and it encouraged us to reach our targets. The most challenging was the working hours as I have to get there by 7am cause my shift start at 8am and knock off at 7pm, I had to go around the street in Johannesburg late so it was a challenge for me because it's dangerous

My main job is to make sure people are aware of what Clientele wants to offer them.
my work environment is a busy one an it requires a lot of energy and team work . My relationship with my coworkers is great , we motivate each other , play our par in building the team, celebrate each other's special days . We all work well together. I've leant to handle pressure more , think on my feet and manage my time well. I mostly enjoy the young vibrant environment, what is still find challenging was convincing clients take out policies however I'm overcoming that challenge. I enjoy this job because I love money.

Fast learner and always eager to learn more in life
I really like mi career in sales industry...because I'm wat I'm today because of it....to to know different kinds of people...getting fastrations that u can easily resolve them is wat I like most...coz u learn all these type of people and how to deal wit them....but it becomes very challenging when u have strong personal issues that will end up affecting my performance at work
