I greatly appreciate the opportunity at clientele I was able to deal with customers on day to day bases. Able to work as a team to reach the target for the month. While I was working at clientele and a full time student it helped me with multitasking with my work I had a great learning experience through clientele.

Excellent learning curve,

Morning meetings updates on new products. Consistently dialling and reaching daily target, attending to clients complaints before introducing what u offering. Long hours, time keeping very important, lots of incentives, good pay if you work hard

Pros: Management always willing to help and motivates you
Cons: High pressure environment, selling product to people who does not want to speak to you

Learnt how to be professional and good customer service skills

I have grown professionally and learnt to be a team player. I enjoy guiding and assting our clients in their legal and administrative matters.Our challenge is time,we dont have enough time because most of our work is done telephonically.

Enhanced my level of work ethics

Its not uplifting in terms remuniration.there is too many barriers in get your eg unmet affect you as the agent and up to 100% of your commission.theres not enough sits for new consultants.the commission structure is very limiting. There is no growth financially and emotionally.

I am sales consultant have worked within the Insurance industry dating back since 2012 when I was working with Avbob, then joined office automation for Digilogix providing IT Solutions for companies as a pre-sales consultant in 2016, then moved to Eqstra hired as a temp through Ann Swann an agency gave me an opportunity to be a claims administrator then moved to Breakdowns Agent enjoyed my time working there even though my contract came to and end in July 2018, then I was hired at clientele as Sales consultant after my departure with Eqstra and I have been working there till date, making outbound calls for writing new policies and retaining them in the books.

Excellent and open minded

Good equality and standards. Easy to communicate and understandable. Great environment for engagement and support systems. Ive learnt patience and to adapt to situations. I've grown to handle objections and communicate well with customers. The challenging part was the long late hours

Excellent experience

Before I started at clientele I work at other companies doing sales but it was small companies. Working at clientele it been a great experience as it is a big company and you get to deal will all kinds of different people at different levels. I'm a senior consultant in the sales department and deal with all campaigns. I have really great sales skills, I think I will be perfect for this position as sales it all I've done.

- work days are hard but come with great experience. -relationship with co-workers Is good as we are a team. - I've learnt how to become a leader. - I enjoy the challenges we face. - the challenge is get someone to take a policy.

Working with ,Working with target , Road trips, Conviencing clients, Goal setting, Team building get together, I am very passionate in my work willing to work under pressure, Very good in working in teams and I'm very determined of success. I am working with student mentality to see growth. I am a goal setter, Team leaders , Morning motivational meetings, Learning to be patient and hungry for sucess, Always have a smile and don't be let down by not performing well at a particular day meaning not getting clients

Sales marketing

Good working hours and fair salary for a hardworking person .the relationship with my fellow colleagues and my employer was very good .i have learnt how to deal with different kinds of clients .the most enjoyable thing they allow you to grow as much as you can and experience was very good .but the most challenging aspects is when clients pull out , therefor no clients no money in that category i worked for .but service is very good
