I learnt a lot since joining the company and I see growth

Working at my company is micro enjoy every thing every day.working up to go to work is something amazing.every day is marvellous. I have a good relationship with everyone from the security to the drivers.i have learned a lot and I see myself top in few years to come. What I enjoy most is interacting with drivers, hearing their problems and trying to assist where I can.the most challenging thing about my is deadlines, it's crazy when we are behind with our work but it's something i partially enjoy because it keeps me going.

Pros: They are opportunities for growth in this company
Cons: Long are there, but it's something I'm used to it and I don't have a problem with them.

Good experience on high tech machines

Working without supervision and try to make life work easier by identifying most problematic machines and most common breakdowns.Working with the team you always get support you need to do the work

Excellent learning curve

From starting to being a packer, doing merchandise working all my way up to being an account manager was something very exiting and educational for me. So much growth I experienced in just 7 years. I enjoyed my job, the people I worked with. The people who reported to me, those I recruited and gave in-house training. It was an extreme pleasure and honor for me to employed by Coca-Cola.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth.
Cons: Long distances and hours.

Love to learn

I am a self-motivated individual who works hard and takes on any given task diligently and with great responsibility. Through my studies, I have gained the confidence to develop myself as a brand that will create and add value in the work environment. I have the ability to grasp concepts fast and I am able to adapt well to fast paced environment. My dedicated and vibrant nature always keeps me going.

Excellent

I Asanda Sefa I have been working as a forklift operator for more than 4 years as forklift driver. I have a great experience. I always committing myself with my job and making sure with observation at all times sound my working area for safety of products and people I am working with.

Great learning about sales

- A typical work day.. i have to attend minimum of 22 calls walking, - Your relationship with co-workers... we were a great team and we were able to assist each other to prepare trade visits from senior management. - What you have learnt... you are important beacause of the revenue you bring to the company. - What you enjoy most. Selling the products - The most challenging aspects of the job... there is too much pressure from the top management. Walking was the difficult part of them all.
