Great sales and marketing systems
great atmosphere everyone has a positive attitude great boss learn a lot about sales marketing skills training the new members was challenging a typical workday involved coming in to the office at 6:30 am then heading in a trainer manager's motivational impact or a impact of how to use the company's sales strategy. At 8:00 am there is morning meeting to discuss sale targets and teams are assign to their stores. At 9am teams leaves office for the field and return at 5pm. Then teams hand in their numbers and proof of sales to thier team leader and heads home at 6pm.
Pros: great opportunity for promotions
Cons: long hours and 6 days aweek

I got to experience about different diverse fields in the marketing industry.
the mornings will be the most busiest. we have to receive the sencond interviews which come in at 7:45 am .then we have to post ads and start recruits . by 9h00 am, we receuve the first round interviews to be interviewed at 9h30 am by the owner. after the interviews, we continue with recruits and must make sure that we reach the target of 50 rescruits each day. by the time it hits 12h00, its lunch, unless you want to eat at the desk and continue working. i have a good relationship with my co-workers. i have learned that puncuallity is the in everday life as well as being organised and having time management. i enjoy every part of being an HR Manager and administrator. i would say, the most challenging part of the job is actually getting the recruits to come for an interview

Great opportunity to groe and develop myself
fun environment, every morning i get to the office, i plan out my day with my team on what is the goal, what are we working on today and what is our target for the day as a team. Positive attitude and mindset and teamwork i manage to work very well as we drive each other to achieve our goal, what i learned is that lead people so that they can lead themselves, understand them and how they think be patient because as you dealing with different people with different characters i get to understand that people are not the same, you get fast learners and slow learners. I enjoy working with people, i love people , talking and helping them get what they need. The most challenging aspect of my job was to motivate someone whose demotivated and has no goal about what she would want to achieve in his/her life.

Exellent experience and learning curve
I am basically pitching accounts to customers and different shops like Edgars, Legit, Jet and many more. What we do is go to all customer and work our law o avarage which says talk to every customer we meet in the store. We than tell them about the shop's account and the financial benefits the store has, we then enroll them on the store's system and sign forms, capture them and arrange the forms then submit them to our assistant managers. Thats how we get paid. It is good working with my collegues we all get along and help each other getvto the next level. Meeting new charaters of people each and every day.
Pros: Learning experience and getting introduced to many things in the industry
Cons: Standing for long hours everyday and sometimes not getting any accounts

Great Learning experience developing a lot of skills
It is a good atmosphere with real energetic young people rubbing of on one another. Each person gets equal treatment and respect. i have learned a lot about time management, how to communicate with people and how to take control of uncomfortable situations. The fact that it is a 13 hour day is very draining.
Pros: Great program for people to get to leadership positions
Cons: Really Long Hours
