Growth withing the company

The working environment is healthy and there is no pressure. I have learnt a lot that I didn't know. Negotiations skills have improved as to getting debtors to pay their debts on time. I enjoy what I do as I have gained experience since it was my job and yes there are challenges at times when you don't get debtors on the line.

Learn to work with people who have different beliefs

Hard collection coming across with challenges of rude and angry clients. Target and requirements that you have to reach the standard per day and month. Reward and commission those where incentives for good performance.

I have learn that you have to commit in everything you do

I'm committed in everything I do and I love working with people learning more and gaining experience in everything ..I Excell in everything thing I do I don't work under pressure cause I know what I want I do

Learning curve

Salary not satisfactory and always threatened and management make decision without consulting employees commission very low and dismissal is done quick when you don't reach target and u are not given increase that is

Excellent learning curve

the company is fine for the people who just passed matric while still figuring out on which career to take this is not the long term job cause there is no benefits .

Pros: the promotion opportunity goes by favours
