Managing sites
I start my day with a cup of coffee while planning my daily schedule, associated with meetings with my clients and visiting sites. I also make sure that my fitters are ready and equipped in order to perform their daily tasks on site. I enjoy working with my fellow team members where respect is key. I have learned how the aluminium industry operates and how the measuring system works. I have also learnt all the different variants in the aluminium trade and how a site is to be operated. I enjoy keeping my clients happy as well as enjoying the feeling of success when I have completed a project on site. The most challenging aspect of my job would be to make sure that my team does their job correctly in order to make sure that my clients are satisfied.
Pros: Great opportunity to expand my knowledge, to become a shareholder.
Cons: Dealing with difficult situations, Knowledge of how to deal with mistakes

Good working experience
We get a daily list of what should be done everyday. Everything is organized most of the time, managers may sometimes mess up the work order thats on our daily. I have a good relationship with most of my co-workers and that makes things a bit easier. Working at this company thought me hoe to work as a team and communicate better.
Pros: Good working environment
Cons: Salary
