Was when I was promoted to become an Internal sales person.
My job was to manage warehouse staff of 17 people. Receiving and despatching stock. Housekeeping and stock controlling. My day would start by loading and sending the driver's out on deliveries. Co operate with the rest of the stores guys and make sure they stick to their daily routine jobs. I learned mostly how to be patient with others and understanding that people are different. I enjoyed most when the annual stock take result comes back positive. The most challenging time was when I had to do mostly everything because of being short staffed at times.

Excellent learning curve
I worked for insurance brokers doing sectional title insurance claims. I have excellent people skills and i enjoyed the working with people in crisis and doing my best to sort it out as gast and effective as possible. I work well under pressure
Pros: Nice environment. Stable company. Paid well
Cons: I was there 7 years. No further room for growth. Looking for a new challenge

HR Admin Clerk
It was exciting and challenging working at Value Logistics overseeing 5 branches in KZN. Everyday is never the same especially with IR issues. I managed to juggle a few tasks at the same time, multi-skilling. I had a great relationship with co-workers, staff & management. I've learnt alot in the past 7 years and especially how to work independently. I enjoyed all aspects of my job which involved recruitment, IR and training. The most challenging part was when I had several challenging tasks to complete at the same time which I managed to do by planning and prioritising.

Need to work not lazy
Very nice company to work with, they have helped me grow as a person and gain new skills and experience. I enjoyed managing my own division and really enjoyed working with the guys below. I have learnt that no matter what gets promised, is not the same as what you receive. I also received 2 different certificates for 2 courses went on. I enjoy always trying to find a way to work more efficiently.

Excellent company but low perks
My career objective is to be an integral part of dynamic institution where my enthusiasm and hard work will lead to success. I wish to be part of a progressive team where creative thinking and collaboration solves problems and contributes to the well being of the company and its clients. My interests are to strategically present the company and assist its clients in making informed decisions regarding the company’s core business. I would derive full job satisfaction if I join a company that subscribes to the above ethos and provides as a service and platform for excellent work, which would earn the company the label of best achiever. I believe that a company with good reputation attracts good people and in turning challenges into successful achievements.

Great to be associated with Retail Property Again. Pre- Development exposure is valuable to me.
A high pressure day with constantly changing priorities. Every co-worker including myself heavily inundated with daily weekly monthly schedules trying to juggle with the changing priorities. its either survive or ...
Pros: Opportunities to earn huge and frequent commissions from closing deals.
Cons: Daily long hours including weekends; Dead end reports; Developments withdrawn after lots of intense work on the project.

At my former job i have learned to deal or to serve differnt types of individuals.
At my last job i have learned to deal ro to serve differnt types of individuals, as i was helping them with their ordes, I m also able to work alone and under presure without any supperviser loocking after me. When it comes to working as a team, i also work very well with other people as a team and i enjoy to share ideas with co-workers. If required i don't have any problem working over time, weekend and nightshift.
Pros: The was a grat opportunity to grow within the company.
Cons: Sometimes i used to work overtime
