Good general worker

Dagama textile it's great Campany with great employers who are willing to go and extra mile to achieve Campany goals it's great to work here because we do every thing as team with minimul supervision there is a lot of opportunities for a person to grow depending on a person's flexibility and work rate there aslo challenges because we are working with new machines and new management,but I enjoy working here becouse they don't restrict us to grow to senior ranks/positions

Pros: Great chances of getting/promoted to senior ranks
Cons: long hours 12 hour shift

Great team work and support

* Great support form senior management. * Strong team work. Work is challenging day by day with new opportunity to learn new things. * Production Team very manageable and willing to share their experience in field. * Company promotes people for their distinct contribution to industry

Pros: Great salary package
Cons: No much opportunity to grow
