Quick learner ,Hard worker, Good communication skills
I am a Receptionist from Direct Channel Holdings and do all kinds of work Switchboard operate Answering incoming call ect Emails to send to different departments I have a very good understanding with workers at the company. i enjoy speaking to clients and answering the the phone . i have learn a lot like consumer services doing retentions documents ect. My challenging aspects: Handing difficult clients Front line Receptionists will encounter difficult customers, from time to time, on the telephone and face to face. The manner in which the receptionist handles this encounter will affect the turn around of the issue and the level of satisfaction from the customer. Every receptionist should take control of a situation to achieve a timely outcome that benefits the organisation and the customer. Attitude is a very important factor when dealing with difficult customers because the reactions of the receptionist will affect the counter reactions of the customer.

Excellent Reception duties
My work day is to Answer the Switchboard and transferring calls to the relevant person and sending emails and welcoming guested . I can interact very quick with my colleagues and to listen to a instruction when given to me. I have learn to speak to client in a polite manner and customer service. I enjoy answering the switchboard on a daily basis. The Most challenging moment is well the client is rude to me .

Excellent Reception duties

I have excellent understanding and communication with my co -workers i have learnt to be polite to clients I enjoy working with clients and speaking on the switchboard the most challenging moment is clients that are rude.

Excellent learning curve
Well working at DCH was fun..as i was enjoying my work and working as a team was the best thing ever...because we always win...i learned how to treat customers and made sure that whatever i do will benefit them ..loyalty was the greatest thing because talking to clients telephonical was not easy but managed to paint a picture for them then they would realise that they really need the product...i'm good in communication so talking to clients made me happy as i enjoy interacting with people...ooh no i truly don't want to be a loser so everyday i had to remember why did i wake up and go to work...
