As the operator i work under the procesure that are set by the company under the act of labour relations which makes a good company to work under. The challenging on the production industry is to make sure you reach the daily target also ensure that the product you producing are on high level of its qaulity standard. The communication is effective via co-workers and I enjoy if they ask clarity if they have a problem i have positivily. Ive learnt that team work is powerful

Fruitful years with archievements
Working for years in appliance industry has taught me a lot , how to handle pressure as we dealt with situations of solving problems under short space of time as technicians trying to minimise company loss and clientel confident in our products.Day in day out its a high paced environment where you are always are in you best to master service excellence . That all teaches you in having strong firm character , patience and focus . All these years it has been such a delightful feeling fixing coming up with a solution , that has influenced a strong character that does not give up easily in anything i endevour.

Great company with good potential for growth especially for young graduates
Defy Appliances has been my home for the last 22 years. The last 12 years has been an extremely challenging but rewarding years of my career. I have worked with high energy expats to change the complete Defy product range, as well as rebuild the assembly lines in bothe the Ezakheni and East London plants. The hours during this period was long and tiring but very interesting. I have learnt a lot and have grown both in knowledge, understanding and personality. There was also career growth as well as global travel. To see the successful introduction of the new product range was my greatest pleasure.

Call centre-service advisor
Communicating with customer on a daily basis ,booking more than 200 customer complains daily through e-mails and incoming calls.learning new ideas my colleagues and teaching the also.I enjoy to assist a customer mostly solving a problem over the phone.It become difficult when a client want to be assisted now but I always have a way keep the happy all the time.

Excellent knowledge of customer support
A very good experience I received as I was a Call Centre team leader leading 25 service Advisors,very vibrant and friendly atmosphere to work in. My team and I had a good relationship and understanding. We lso understood what is expected of us as we had a target audience for our team. For 3 years I was with the company one of my service Advisors got promoted to be a team leader at the call center. I have learned the importance of customer service. The call center was the busiest especially on Mondays.

Working in this diverse environment has brought me lots of challenges, learning to cope with stress an work pressure has made me a better person. Project Management skills
There is a huge struggle from management, things are done secretively and the managing style is a dictatorship style. There is no support and growth for the young professionals and there is huge gap between the young professionals and the seniors. There is racial struggles and power struggles within departments and the company as whole. Lack of communication is another issue this company suffers from. There is high potential for the business, and there is so much the young professionals can benefit from the company with enough support.
