Opportunity for growth
A typical working day includes organising audit date with clients and, travelling to DEKRA clientsto conduct food safety (HACCP) and QMS audits (mostly scope 3) on behalf of DEKRA, report writing, reporting and invoicing to DEKRA. I've build a good relationships with some of the fellow auditors so much so that I had request from them to conduct audits on their behalf for DEKRA. I have learned that no man is an island and being fare and just builds relationships with clients and co-workers. I enjoy most giving improvement opportunities that the client finds useful and implements. Some clients approached DEKRA to ask for alternative auditors as they wanted me to assist them with transition which was denied by DEKRA as the needed me conduct the transistion audits made me felt wanted both as an auditor as well as seeing my ability to successfully implement QMS's The most challenges aspect is working with male dominant clients that are closed minded not seeing change as a reason for improvement.
Pros: great opportunities seeing how various industries operate.
Cons: not always profitable as no monthly fixed salary

Ive beem working with this company for years
Im a hard working person. Did daily admin and assisting clients. Im relaible on my work and believe in making a success of what im doing. I like working together and make work fun. Ive learned alot from this company i never had any problems with my work.i was always asdisting others where i can . My work was always fun cause im a ennergetic person who believe by have fin in between yo make a work place a nice enviroment. I have a very good understanding with my co workers and client. Everyday i would go with a smile to work so that others who's day didnt start well mske them smile aswell.

I worked there for any years with no luck of improvement.I was put on hold and still waiting
I was pit on hold eith no reason stil waiting for feedback.they said we must go home the will call.us and never didd .I request an.appeal tp dekra tocpnfirm my position
Pros: Driver on merit deserved given my long service
Cons: The hours are ok but the treatment its nt fair.you cannot service a company for 15years with no progress.
