I worked there for any years with no luck of improvement.I was put on hold and still waiting

I was pit on hold eith no reason stil waiting for feedback.they said we must go home the will call.us and never didd .I request an.appeal tp dekra tocpnfirm my position

Pros: Driver on merit deserved given my long service
Cons: The hours are ok but the treatment its nt fair.you cannot service a company for 15years with no progress.

Fast learner, problem solver, excellent communication skills and excellent team leader skills

I have made a strong bond with my colleague. We got each others back. When there is an inspection required we all jump onto it so that we can finish it ASAP and return to our chat. We enthusiastic when it come to innovation on inspection techniques and try to convince our manager to implement new techniques as it is quicker. When one is in a bad mood, we always try to cheer him up so that we may remind in a good mood of work.

Vast experience

No growth or management positions for black people especially black females. Company is still backward in terms of distributing manageral or supervision positions to the previously disadvantaged. Manageral structure is mediocre and some positions are unnecessary, work ethic is ok, treatment is sometimes harsh but otherwise ok. Working conditions are fine and so so are the rates, very reasonable.

Its good experience for me

This job is a good learning curve and experience for me. It's good to work st s busy place like this. I'm glad to of gotten this opportunity. There's no opportunity for growth but the people you work with are very nice.
