Great to gain experience

I love working at delaire it is fun and great to meet people from all over the world. You gain so much experience. I just want to state i do alot of reception work.when we are not busy with treatments we need to do reception work. Answer emails, make bookings, assist with phone calls, welcome guests.

Pros: Meet new people everyday
Cons: Hospitality hours

Excellent learning Curve

Greeting of Guests. Showing them around the estate. Giving Guests information about the different artwork around the Estate. Directing calls to the necessary department.

Excellent Experience and knowledge gained

Oversea all front of house guest relations, site inspections, invoices, answering of telephones, switchboard, performing switchboard, reception and reservations duties. Correspondence of emails. I have met the most amazing individuals in my job, some of my best friends are my colleagues. I have not only grown a lot as a individual in my profession but I have professionally grown and gained extensive knowledge and experience in my current position and industry.

-Mid level management position overseeing all front of house guest relations. - Conducting estate tours. - Representative of the Delaire Graff Estate. - Monitor and aid all Estate activities and functions. - Oversee all front of house guest relations - Provide advice and information of Estate history and Estate's current operations.

Pros: Lots of place to grow professionally.
Cons: Limited positions available at the moment.

A great place to grow.

Delare Graff Estate is an amazing environment to work in. The people you meet here is like family, it is a relationship built on dedication and hard work as we all know nothing comes easy. It is about inspiration, the main goal is to INSPIRE, inspiring the workers to work harder and reach for something different, the clients to expect better with every new event or different stay. Things are done proudly and motivates all to inspire each other to do better and to go further in our careers.

Pros: A great place to grow.
Cons: Salaries always an issue.
