Excellent growth

I work in a lab, testing water, food, cosmetic for unwanted bacterial growth. We work as a team, and share information and advices. I've learn that no man is an island. We need to work together as a team to achieve one goal. We learn through people. And interacting with people, I enjoy that alot. Most challenging aspect is when there are lot of samples and you have to work under pressure, which am still learning to learn under pressure.

I have a great deal of laboratory experience

I enjoy what im doing and i still need to learn more and gain more experience and my team say that im a team player and i agree with them .its a good experience to work in team

Pros: I been exposed to the real word learned to walk in our customers shoes, bring annovative solution fast; treat others as we will like to be treated and be a positive contributer, gained experience in food safety and quality, microbiology as a whole
Cons: I work long hours

Learning curve

A beautiful culture,people are friendly and work is okay. There are challenges everyday however we tackle them as a team. I enjoy the culture of the company, friendly people that are always willing to assist. I learned that any criticism is constructive esp in the workplace. No matter what is said about you good or bad, always take it positive and improve from there. My relationship with my co-worker is the best, we have grown to be a work family and we work well together.
