Want to explore new avenues
I worked for my company for far too long and need to explore new challenges. Need to meet a new team. I have acquired a lot of experience which I need to apply at a different environment. I enjoy interacting with different stake holders, sharing ideas and discussing solutions to problems. The most challenging aspect is when there is an emergency and you call out a service provider who does not arrive on time.
Pros: Building a good relations with service providers
Cons: Colleagues and service providers drag their feet when a service is urgently needed

Excellent learning curve
For the month of August I and my supervisor had a meeting with Mrs Zinhle Mbele from Internal Communications Directorate and she asked us to develop an Online Survey System that will be used to determine if the reader of the Newsletter are satisfied with the contents of the Newsletter and to help improve it were necessary. She explained what the system is supposed to look like and what it supposed to do (User Requirements). The survey will have a maximum number of 10 multiple choice questions provided by Internal Commutations team and a comment box were the users can type in their suggestions. She also asked us to store each result of each participant in a database so that she will be able to analyse the results and write a report from the data.
Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours

Leaning curve
I hold N6 in Civil Engineering obtained from Motheo TVET college, National Diploma: Building and B Tech: Construction Management obtained from Central University of Technology. I have 2 year working experience on construction site as a site administrator clerk and 1 year experience as a student trainee supervising the site. With the experience gained in my past they have empowered me to gain all the experience needed for the position, I am a hard worker, committed individual, self-motivated employee, competent to work unsupervised and enthusiastic as a team member. I have good interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
Pros: Very nice inviroment, friendly staff and appreciative to work at.
Cons: Opportunities for promotion are very slim.

Excellent troubleshooting skills
Creating of Virtual servers using VMaware,troubleshooting Cisco switches, monitoring DHCP servers and DoE routers. Email setup,configuration of telephone systems Rampage.Creating usere account on Active Directory, remote connections for troubleshooting. Manage incidents on manage Engine. Configuring of 3G VPN accounts. Troubleshooting Network LAN and WAN.
Pros: Great opportunity for growth professional.
Cons: Less workshops trainings

Excellent learning curve, more valuable skills and experience
my name is kgabo Caroline Maupye. Based on the educational background I completed my senior certificate at Bakone Nkwe Secondary in 2011, after that i completed my national Diploma in Logistics at Vaal University of Technology in 2015. i have got communication skills and understanding very well on how important it is to deliver the outstanding customer service. also got good interpersonal relationship skills , a good working relationship with other employees and customers. I am hardworking young woman , self-motivated and a positive attitude towards my career and life.
