Duties and Responsibilities
I have learned of many things in the department. I have been placed from different sections. I went to Revenue were I was assisting in billing management of patient's accounts. Assistant in compile reports and statistics. procurement section Assistant in database register. Assistant in inviting quotations from different suppliers. Assist in capturing orders. expenditure Assistant in preparing payment vouchers and registering invoices in the invoice register. salary Assistant in collecting, sorting, issuing of payslip . Assistant in processing of payment allowances, s&t claimed.

Brainstorming
Leaving my current employer is not what I want.i have learned a lot and gain experience.we are team worker,We do things(work) together.if I don't do my work correct they make sure I do them until I Understand.

Excellent
Nothing much. I enjoyed my job but I need a new job now. People loved me I loved them back. Its been good no complaints. People were friendly and I learnt to work with a team and ask where you don't understand

EXPERINTIAL LEARNING
I am a self-motivated person with strong sense of responsibility and believing that working with you will give me an opportunity to be in real working environment, my work experience includes Filling and retrieving of files, Opening of new files, Opening of post, Faxing and photocopying of documents, hence instilling more knowledge and background in this field within me.

I’m a hardworker
I love a challenging workplace. I have all the necessary skills for this job. I am familiar with hiaids patient, prep, triple 90 strategy , pre, pep, immunization,sti and other chronic conditions. This is the best job for me.

Due to lack of resources there is no much exposure, the department uses CR system
Our department is one of the busiest from mondays until Wednesdays. We get both outpatients and inpatients everyday The department only has one xray room which gets quite hectic during busy days eg orthopedic days and festive seasons. The hospital is very small hospital and we have a very close working relationship and batho pele principle is practised at all times. I personally got to learn more about batho pele principles because the community itself is diverse from different languages to different social statuses, and theri differences does not mean thy have to be treated differently. I enjoyed getting to interact with the community and learn different languages and cultures

It is an excellent learning curve
This is a good place to work in. The chances to develop your self professional are great because you have to be updated about everything before you teach the students. Although there are some challenges where there is a shortage of staff and equipment since we are in deep rural areas so the working environment is not conducive enough With the good interpersonal relationship with my co-workers makes it nice to work there. The most interesting part about my work is see the nursing students pass the course and graduate and become the competent nurse in the community that keeps me going even the conditions of employment are not up to a standard.
Pros: opportunities for promotion are very slim because the promotional ladder is very short
Cons: Working hours are good only 8 hours a day

Duties
I work as a clinical engineering technician. I do corrective maintenance,inspection ,preventetive maintenance and planned preventetive maintenance. i also do a lot of administration in spares ,reports and booking in and out of the equipment on the system and in files. I am a hard working engineering technician.. i can work in a team and as individual if required. The skills and knowledge I have gained in the previous years can help me to do what is required from me by any engineering company. I am interested in adding more knowledge in my career. I enjoy working with medical equipent an d being being part of team thaT is doing service delivery to improve the life of patients.The challenges we face is the shortage of suff and we commit ourselves to do extra work but that also prepare us to perform beyond expectations,the delay to buy reqiured resources for technicians.
