Being given a task on doing tools that you have never seen
i work with different customers with different characters and i am a team player who is always aiming to achieve their goal i have learned that Quality Assurance is a core department of the hospital and that the hospital cannot operate without it., i enjoy doing reports and statistics . The challenge is when you have to teach someone something for long and they don't understand.
Pros: Great opportunity for growth

Well organized organization were we work as a team sharing ideas taking responsibility for our work and giving each other advises of how to improve our work rate most importantly is to enjoy what we are doing on daily basis which is capturing and doing de reports ,working with people is to interesting coz you have so many ideas everyday

Working hard
I am writing this letter to apply for an internship position currently available at your company. I believe my academic background and my great desire to apply my Communication Network knowledge to industrial projects makes me an excellent candidate for this position. I know my character and experience will allow me to make an immediate contribution to the technical needs at your company,thus helping your company to meet its goals. I am done with my National Diplama in Information Technology(Communication Networks) at Tshwane University of Technology. I am passionate,commited to my word that I am doing. I have been doing my in-service training at Department of Health,all we have been doing there was only networks and support,we we just troubleshooting, fixing all the computer problem and assisting users with E-mails and other things.

Excellent learning curve
I good working environmentwith good working relationships.. Gained skills and knowledge to each and every patient consutrdd with great experience. I enjoy thee service I render to patients always ends with thank you gooid bless you.. Most challenging aspects isz when you need equipment to use and it's out of stock have to go eexttra mile to help the patient in a way that needs money t that is nog evven there... Patients judge who is in front of him/her not the superiors or management

Striving for continuous improvement
Working in a government institution has taught me a great deal about discipline, consistency and sticking to norms and standards that ensure continuous improvement. Academic improvement is an added advantage that has enabled me to incorporate good practices into my line of work and improve processes that were complacent and did not yield measurable results.
Pros: Learning of new ways that other collegues apply in other institutions

Excellent learning Curve
A typical day at work involves arriving at 7am then having a day prepation meeting till about 8am. Then work starts and I see about 55 babies in a day on average. My co-workers and I have a fairly average relationship, however, many people do not work well as a team thus leading to our downfall, personally, we get along. working in this industry, I have learned to embrace people's differences and I have learned the importance of team work and peace in the workplace. The most challenging aspects of my current job is continuously working overtime and seeing too many people in one day, often causing me to skip my tea breaks.

Cons: Too many people sometimes cause unnecessary conflicts in the workplace

Being learning the same thing
typical working day would be to go and look for someone who has defaulted medication and you have to walk a long distance and when you get to the address,the person you are looking for it’s not known and doesn’t have an alternative number to call. My relationship with my co-workers its great we commicate well even though sometimes you feel like you don’t wanna be there with when we start urging about who should go and look for someone that they need at the clinic / the demarcation of the patience where you will find out that they’re staying outside our demarcation I have learned a lot about TB basics and hiv/aids Immunization of babies.learning that the patient that we have been looking after it’s week and able to be on their own.wrong address,people who don’t take medication well,missed immunization and doing those things in the sun or winter.
Pros: Trainings they provide even if it’s just for a week
