Good

Average, not that much experience learnt, continuous repetition of same work everyday. Working with co-workers is always a pleasure. The most challenging part is the lack of resources.

Good relationship with co workers and working independently at PHC level

No chance for professional growth .. They don’t pay according to the inflation of the country. Yet we get enough time to rest and interact with other co-workers

Pros: Great team work

Being given a task on doing tools that you have never seen

i work with different customers with different characters and i am a team player who is always aiming to achieve their goal i have learned that Quality Assurance is a core department of the hospital and that the hospital cannot operate without it., i enjoy doing reports and statistics . The challenge is when you have to teach someone something for long and they don't understand.

It was hard but quiet excellent place to gain confindence in your self.

You meet different people every day different personalities with different problems. You should learn to be discreet and humble. You should always be friendly and ready to welcome people.

Pros: It's highly unusual
Cons: You work your normal hours except when it's time for Audits and there are files that are required.

Good learning curve.

In my present role as a professional nurse I’m currently working in the maternity unit caring for mothers and baby immediately after birth. I also worked in neonatal ICU, post natal care, trauma unit, medical and surgical wards. My experience as a professional nurse at Mafikeng provincial Hospital and at Netcare in pretoria helped me realise and implement clinical duties I learned during the course of my education , which helped me to be career driven and have passion in HIV/AIDS hence I was chosen to attend programmes of PMTCT, RTQII, PICT and others. • I believe a relationship with your company would be beneficial, as I’m seeking a challenging work environment where I can utilise my skills to the fullest extent, for I am a dedicated, ambitious, respectful, self motivated and reliable person who has the ability to work independently and in a team.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotions, opportunities for short courses
Cons: Long working hours
