Great learning experience

I work in a small clinic. I work with all the programms I.e hiv/aids, mother and child, tb, chronic and emergencies. On an ordinary day I see close to 60 patients. Each day has it's own challenges. These include shortage of medication, shortage of ambulances to transfer patients to the nezt level of care and at times evn rhe shortage of staff.

Pros: Working in a team
Cons: Not enough room to grow as an individual(professionally)

I’m energetic , hard-worker and also I enjoy interacting with peers

Health department which is Clairwood Hospital. It was declared as a COVID-19 Hospital and i we had a lot of work as the communication department and we were doing our work a accordingly

Good learning

I was work monday to friday. Our relationship with my co-workers it was so nice because we were working as group to complete the particular job nicely. I learn that when you work hard you gain the lot of experience as i am i learn how to manage the stork,to do data capturing etc. The way we were working with my co- workers. It was the lake of water and the space to work nothing else.

Experiential learning

It was great working with a team. Registration of patients on HPRS Systems. I learn alot eg..capturing patients information, formalities, work under pressure. I enjoy to work at an harmony organization. Challenges-dealing with many kind of patients.

Working under pressure

Working under pressure. Attending to overload of patients. The relationship with my current co-workers is good when comes to socializing but not compared to my previous work place. My current co-co-workers, they are resistant to change. I lea. .lack of equipment and lack of medication shortage of staff.

Good learning curve.different exciting personalities.pay attention to details

Collecting Revenue from clients daily. Paying suppliers on invoice basis. Preparing reports periodically. Interacting with clients and suppliers is what I really enjoy.

Working at Nywayise M. Atorneys gives me the understanding of the practical processes of law in most of the spheres of Law, but to be more specifically inn dealing with costs. I am the only employee since the Firm is new and is less than three years old. I enjoy doing everything as I am eager to learn. My relationship with My employer is very good and we understand each other and have a very good working relationship. The most challenging aspects are working equipment.

Painful lesson

I would look forward to each day at work. It is very fulfilling to learn that you have made a difference in patient's lives and they actually appreciate it. I love the way we work with the nursing staff. The most challenging and critical point is that the salaries are never paid on time at all.

EXCELLENT LEARNER

I ENJOY WORKING THE WHOLE DAY, I AM FRIENDLY TO MY CO-WORKERS AND THEY ALSO LOVE TO HAVE ME AROUND AS I AM A HARD WORKER AND I HAVE LEARNED A LOT SINCE A STARTED WORKING AT HEALTH. I LEARNED THAT RESPECT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING AT WORKPLACE WHEREVER THE PERSON IS OLDER TO YOU OR BY POSITION DOESN'T MEAN WE SHOULD DISRESPECT THE PERSON, THE MOST THAT I ENJOY IS TO WORK AND NOT ALWAYS BEING SERIOUS AND TO LOUGH,SMILE . I NEVER CAME ACROSS TO SOME CHALLENGES BECOUSE I DO MY WORK PERFECTLY.
