Being learning the same thing
typical working day would be to go and look for someone who has defaulted medication and you have to walk a long distance and when you get to the address,the person you are looking for it’s not known and doesn’t have an alternative number to call. My relationship with my co-workers its great we commicate well even though sometimes you feel like you don’t wanna be there with when we start urging about who should go and look for someone that they need at the clinic / the demarcation of the patience where you will find out that they’re staying outside our demarcation I have learned a lot about TB basics and hiv/aids Immunization of babies.learning that the patient that we have been looking after it’s week and able to be on their own.wrong address,people who don’t take medication well,missed immunization and doing those things in the sun or winter.

Good learning curve however poor opportunity for growth
It is a great opportunity for one to be exposed to multiple disciplines and learn from a ever changing multi disciplinary team. The potential for growth is limited and may take longer than expected.

While lower level authority usually manages entire systems of people the opposite is true for higher management, there are no real avenues for fair and equal promotion ement

I'm an easy going person who loves his work and helps out anytime and also a team player
I'm hard. Working person and I work good with others I enjoy learning more things in other trades and manufacturing My relationship with my colleagues is great even outside my trade

Excellent learning curve
Working at the clinic is quite interesting because on daily basis you come across new things and you must always do things in line with the latest guidelines. My relationship with the co-workers is perfect and we have the spirit of team work. I have learned a lot ever since I arrived at the institution, and of those include administration, financial management, problem solving skills and communication skills. I enjoyed the administration part the most. The most challenging part of the job is when a co-worker decides not to keep him/ herself abreast with information which then at the end of the day drops our performance as the facility.

Travelling to National Exhibition on vaccinology Present on the efficacy of the HPV Vaccine to attendance Answer questions on the vaccine and introduce ways to order the vaccines I enjoy working with health professionals who care for the welfare of their clients I enjoyed this role the challenging aspect is the intersectoral stakeholder collaboration with various government departments and the leading different professionals towards a common target to achieve 80% coverage and increased usage of the cervarix vaccines and deworming tablets.

Experience gained
Check for received invoices of responsible services providers. Would make follow up with suppliers on when is the next payment be made whether by phone or emails. Quality assurance: checking of banking details, duplication of invoices, if invoice amount is correct, reconciliation against suppliers statement is correct. Capturing of received invoices on LOGIS system. Ensure the correct procedures is used. Give responsible supervisor to sign that the document is checked. Give the document to internal audit to again check if the correct procedure was taken before taking it to the payment authorizing supervisor. Would report to my supervisor to the stages of procedure each payment is on, on a daily basis. Would create an excel spreadsheet an age analysis on each payment made for the supervisor. There is a Payment Monitoring Tool which is the recording of all payments, current payable stage of each invoices received I would have to update on a daily basis.
