Working at the training centre was the most enjoyable experience I learned so much within those two years, my dailyduties was starting with capturing the the training registers aas as given accordingly by the date then when finished i was doing fod doing followups afor payments.After lunch i filling all documents as given for my supervisor to do reports for our our work to be accurate and need and for monitoring as well

Being given a task on doing tools that you have never seen
i work with different customers with different characters and i am a team player who is always aiming to achieve their goal i have learned that Quality Assurance is a core department of the hospital and that the hospital cannot operate without it., i enjoy doing reports and statistics . The challenge is when you have to teach someone something for long and they don't understand.

Excellent experience
I have learnt how to communicate with people as i was granting service to them. i was recieving complaints of people..it also help to to know how to handle some situation because som customets were rude but it was my duty to calm them and help them due to their griavances. My coleagues were very good people working witj them was another thing we were like brothers and sisters.

Excellent learning curves.
I am 26 years old ambitious female who is prepared to achieve the desire goals of the job description. I am a hard worker who overcomes challenges by communicating with people and when doing something challenging I do it with my best and during the period of time given. I like to interact with other people and adapt easily to difficult kinds of environment, I have good communication skills and telephone skills.

Painful lesson
I would look forward to each day at work. It is very fulfilling to learn that you have made a difference in patient's lives and they actually appreciate it. I love the way we work with the nursing staff. The most challenging and critical point is that the salaries are never paid on time at all.
