It was easy to adapt because is much focused on the system: excel, word and power point.
form the first day on duty they give me a task and to their surprise i worked it out first, it impressed them alot then we get along since then. i learned that if i prepare my duties before due i wound have problem when needed, the enjoyable moment was when we were introduced to new task and when we were attending meetings and workshops. the challenging part was that failing to leave duties undone.
Pros: great opportunity for developing my career
Cons: if the is too much work i use my launch time to finish

Good learning curve however poor opportunity for growth
It is a great opportunity for one to be exposed to multiple disciplines and learn from a ever changing multi disciplinary team. The potential for growth is limited and may take longer than expected.

Family oriented
Great co-workers, tea h you to be independent and accountable.. Carrying work that is not assigned to you and not even get acknowledged they teach you supervision skills ans management is really nice you do not feel their superiority, the company culture is solid and great for productivity

Duties and Responsibilities
I have learned of many things in the department. I have been placed from different sections. I went to Revenue were I was assisting in billing management of patient's accounts. Assistant in compile reports and statistics. procurement section Assistant in database register. Assistant in inviting quotations from different suppliers. Assist in capturing orders. expenditure Assistant in preparing payment vouchers and registering invoices in the invoice register. salary Assistant in collecting, sorting, issuing of payslip . Assistant in processing of payment allowances, s&t claimed.

Computer Literacy
I'm self driven person who is willing to learn and make a positive contribution to your company. I am a diligent worker who takes pride to every tasks that am given and it will be a great honour for if the opportunity is being given towards hard work.

Cons: I'm able to work 8 hours if the opportunity is being given to me even in weekends I am to come to work but hours must be cut since its a weekend to actually cover other things that I must do in other to satisfy my needs

Good learning experience
It was a good learning experience with high pressure intensity. You learn a lot from different health professionals and patients who present in the hospital setting. You get an opportunity to expose your to different medical and psychiatric illness that you wouldn’t normal encounter in organizational settings. The salary is really good and comes with just as much work.

Excellent learning
The working condition is good. Have best relationship with co-workers assist each other in every way. I learnt to work under pressure, to individual and as a team, report writing skills, confidentiality, to apply batho pele principles.
