WORK EXPERIENCE
have gained a great deal of experience working in my current institution. A typical work day is 12hour shift with great leadership and team work ,each day is a learning curve. I gained experience working in maternity, general ward, outpatient department and casualty while rotating three monthly. I enjoy the drills and emergency situations whereby team work and competence is unleashed and overwhelming feeling after saving a life. The most challenge aspect of the job is shortage of staff in terms of the workload and influx of the sub-district patients but quality care is always rendered as a priority.
Pros: great opportunity for experience and competency
Cons: Shortage of staff

MY EXPERIENCE IN PROCUREMENT
I gained my experience of Procurement in a medical institution, having Doctors and nurses depending on you in order to perform their jobs, that not only challenged me but all groomed me to a much more better experienced buyer. Each and every week receiving about 30 requests per person, it felt like we're being thrown into the deep end. I actually thank the team that we work as, without the ones it wouldn't have been easy. I can vouch that from now I am ready to move a step forward.
Pros: GAIN OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE
Cons: WORK AFTER HOURS
