I ENJOY WORKING THE WHOLE DAY, I AM FRIENDLY TO MY CO-WORKERS AND THEY ALSO LOVE TO HAVE ME AROUND AS I AM A HARD WORKER AND I HAVE LEARNED A LOT SINCE A STARTED WORKING AT HEALTH. I LEARNED THAT RESPECT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING AT WORKPLACE WHEREVER THE PERSON IS OLDER TO YOU OR BY POSITION DOESN'T MEAN WE SHOULD DISRESPECT THE PERSON, THE MOST THAT I ENJOY IS TO WORK AND NOT ALWAYS BEING SERIOUS AND TO LOUGH,SMILE . I NEVER CAME ACROSS TO SOME CHALLENGES BECOUSE I DO MY WORK PERFECTLY.

Pros: GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR PROMOTION
Cons: OVERTIME WORKING AFTER WORK

NDOH is a very big national department which has a lot of unnecessary clusters or directorate. When it comes to learning, they have a very good work ethics. Employees are very friendly and willing to assist especially for new employees to show the ropes of the department. As a PA under the Director of Revenue, I have learned a lot about Revunue of the hospitals, the compensation rules and regulations under the Department of Labour, the Department of Justice claims on health issues regarding prisoners. I enjoyed traveling and working together as a team. I am a team player.

Pros: None
Cons: Normal working hours
