Im a fast learner

i was responsible for every office work. my relationship with my colleagues is good. i have learned how to handle your office work and public members. it was nice to work with people who are working hard and do their job. when you colleagues are not doing their job or put all the blames on you but still i managed to sort out the conflict.

Pros: i'm always positive on my work because i'm a hard worker

WORKING UNDER PRESSURE

I DO ALL ADMINISTRATION DUTIES LIKE EMAILING,PHOTOCOPYING ETC AND MY MENTORS ARE VERY GOOD PEOPLE THEY ARE VERY PATIENT TOME .I HAVE LEARNED MORE ABOUT HR I KNW HOW TO CAPTURE ALL SERVICE BENEFIT ON PERSAL SYSTEM AND TO RECRUIT AND SELECT. THE MOST PART THAT I ENJOY IS WHEN WE ARE IN THE MEETINGS SHARING WHAT WE HAVE DONE AND WHAT WE ARE GOING TODO. THE MOST CHALLENGING IS WHEN I DDNT FINISH UP MY WORK WHILE THE DEADLINE ITS REACHED.

Pros: OPPOTUNITY TO LEARN MORE ABOUT HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Cons: NORMAL WORKING HOURS

The experience was a well learning cave

The experience was excellent am ready to head any permanent post that is in line what I've learned. The co- workers were so friendly and welling to teach us in all the learning curves. The working times where not so bad but when we were under deadline we use to knock off late. I enjoyed everything I learned but mostly I enjoyed coordinating events and doing administrative work.

Pros: Organizing an event without am assistance from coworkers
Cons: Travelling in the last minutes

To whom it may concern Cover Letter I am an individual, efficient and competent in any given task. I aim to please through my hard work and diligence. Review summary

Draft concept documents up to the cabinet. Secretariat of multiple stakeholders including different government departments, Chapter 9 institutions and civic society. Do budget for directorate, monitor expenditure and provide monthly reports. Compile progress monthly reports. Do research. Collaborate with stakeholders. I relate well with my work associate and stakeholders. I have learnt systems of government and protocol matters, planning of hosting national events. The challenging part is the systems of government as well as environmental factors that surface when working with stakeholders from different sectors.

Team work

I am very polite and very hard working person ,I can work under pressure without going out for lunch and I can even work as team members and a leading qualities .my experience and qualifications are meet the minimum requirements that needed

Excellent learning curve

It is an honor to have changed from financial services to government department. It taught me a lot about myself. How one can develop resilience in order to deal with the daily challenges posing the department as well as the red tape process one has to undergo for even simple things. I get very well with the team and business owners. I enjoy most dealing with the users at operational level, understanding their issues and problems they face. It give me joy to know that what i deliver to the users makes a different in their daily operations and puts a smile, which eventually leads to increased efficient and improved delivery of service

Pros: Great opportunity to transform the department away from paper based to systematic operations
Cons: Too much red tape

Learning dealing with clients of different cultures, worth ethics and having the same goal

its dealing with different clients daily like Magistrates, Judges, Magistrates Commissions, Ceos from different organisations and learning different traits from them and work ethics and and enjoy working with individuals who are true to the world and people and understand peoples needs and ensure that their needs are met its all about Batho Pele. The most challenging part of the job is when Batho Pele is not met and peoples needs are not staisfied on time and there are complications due to maybe budget shortage or other circumstances that hinder the service delivery of the publics needs being met. Its also about teamwork with other employees within the department and ensuring that as employers we work hand in hand reaching the same goal and ensuring that peoples needs are met.

Pros: there is plenty of room for promotion within getting employment in different stakeholders but the hold back is that one has to wait for the post to become vacant before getting promotion
Cons: the hours are normal but working after hours and weeekends is sometimes required when necessary and the demand is great

Excellent learning curve

Though I was in the finance department, I worked in a busy environment where you perform various tasks as assigned by your supervisor. I was working in a team work environment where you share your skills and expertise with high experienced individuals. I enjoyed performing various tasks in a day which boosted my knowledge of working conditions.I am proud of my job.

Pros: I am ready to go any level of work
Cons: I am and have been working hours without any complains

Excellent learning curve

What i enjoy working at this company the working hours/office hours are flexible , the enviroment is clean ,quite and bigger space to work in ,i loved working with the team,social events, end of the functions and events.what i did not like about my work place was working with small minded people i.e who are jealouse, inquisitive and always gossiping,people who undermine others in terms of their status rank,and who makes it uncomfortable to welcome new staff members and show them the ropes around the office or work enviroment ,as others are in a workplace to do 5heir inservice training.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotions
Cons: Shortage of Staff members
