Learnt to be a self-starter and an innovator

I have a good relationship with my work colleagues. The most valuable skill I have acquired is how to develop a Geographic Information System Database. Lack of opportunities based on the type of work I do. Top management do not understand the type of job I do, most of the time I evaluate my own work as well as develop own annual work performance plan

Excellent place to learn

When i was employed i was placed in an office with people that were of great help toward my learning journey..within a month i was able to do most of the work on my own.I was familirize with the system.

The exposure is relevant to my field

the department is the best working environment.i have a good relationship with my director and other co-workers.i have learned a lot on water use authorizations application and national water act.i enjoy site inspections and report writing.the most challenging aspect of my current job is that my contract is ending.

New daily challenges and self motivation to achieve and exceed set targets

Building relationships with clients and stakeholders, face to face,telephonic and written resolution of complex sanitation and water issues.Team and individual work/administration/report writing.Enjoy new complex queries and seeing them through resolution and customer satisfaction.Challenging beaurocracy, red tape and lack of sense of urgency.
