its a challenging place to work but because we love serving clients we perservere and deliver our best. systems are trully a challenge and it delays payments to needy clients.My colleagues especially my directorate is challenging and the mood questionable but management really tries to easy burdens either personal or work related.

Maturing in my chosen career

I am a mature lady who is career/self/goal driven, ambitious, people orientated, a team player. I am highly qualified in Human and Labour relations, customer care and enjoy working under pressure. I strive for excellence in achieving any set goal and will also ensure that dead lines are met at all times. My skills acquired over the years ibclude : planning, time management,conflict management, report writing, communication, diversity management and change management. I enjoy setting targets for myself and meeting them in good time.

Pros: Great opportunity to work with public and to see them happy after a good service
Cons: When I cannot be able to give help to clients due to insufficient resources.

Good learning curve

On a daily basis we attend from 8am to 4pm It's an office environment Flexible working hours Reasonable pay Friendly staff The most challenging aspects is dealing with rude clients Learnt to work well under pressure
