Learning about me

Working for the Foundation for the last 3 years have taught me how not to treat other people, as a Manager you always feel superior over the subordinates but working here, it has opened my eyes as to how the top down approach can belittle, demoralize and even let a person feel victimized. I learn that treating people with respect and decency you can build a team to the full potential and get a lot more out of a person who feel respected and valued. I enjoy doing what I do, ensuring that people can do the task at hand by ensuring the equipment is functioning, the tools of trade is available for effective work performance, but mostly to employ a person who had no work, no income and could not support his/her family, to see the appreciation in their faces and how dignity is restored.

Good communication skills and a great leadership skill

I am a highly skilled, motivated and driven Manager with a great passion for logistics, customer and community services. I take great pride in my work and consider myself to be a logical thinker.

I've learned a lot since I got there as an internship now earning a salary

Like the Director of the company always say, he believes he company is a university on it own. I am a testimony of that because I got there as an intern and this is my first job. I strongly believe I have learnt a lot to apply to cooperative world.

Pros: As I have 3 position clearly there are great opportunities for growth
Cons: You need to available yourself whenever work requires you to.

Like giving other people opportunities

I enjoy working with our safety officer as he really understand teamwork The challenges we face most is working with pressure from our seniors I learn on how to work with different people and also help them when I'm needed most

Excellent

at my company we serve with convidence, and do what is required in time to save time and for the benefit of all of us, and i hope that even to this post i can proof myself, on a daily basis i do office work working with data capture, and also MIS management information system working with payment of employees of about 500

Brilliant learning cure

It is very challenging to do the kinde of work that i am doing because to capture all participants on the MIS system needs for me to be sober minded and to take care of their daily needs and give them attention individually that takes some one who can malty task. I have learn that its very important to give every person your undivided attention and as a peoples person i loved every second of it

Always work to your best of ability

I learnt to prioritize,peoblem slover ,ability to work within a team and alone,good interaction with the others;enjoy challenges,difficult client's ,I like to be given opportunity to show my abilities and strength,

Execellent learning curve

Learning to work with people, opportunity to learn to work hard and learning different administrative work each year. Enjoyed organizing events for the organizations, meeting and creating friendships with stakeholders, meeting government officials and interacting with the community.
