Excellent learning curve

The company is very big and allows for growth, training is A class and the experience earned here is vast. I started with the company in 2015 in October where I under went training for sale but later on applied to be a credit Assessor for up skilling and I learnt a lot but there’s not much administrative positions at this company which isn’t passion hence I am applying for the vacancy with your company

Superb learning experience

day is awesome to be at DIRECT AXIS but I have to resevery day I'm looking forward to work for my company my sales team or co workeworkers we have a open and understanding relationship growth opportunities are always available I'm self manage. Excellent growing environment

the best in credit loaning and best opportunities to grow and obtain skills have a great relationship with co workers and enjoy the staff and the inventives driven i took classes to go to computer school

Excellent learning curve

Excellent to work at Direct Axis, their work culture is perfect. Challenging aspects of the work is to sell the embedded products, but it's easy if you know how to handle objections.

Excellent learning curve

Its such a dynamic working enviroment, awesome co-workers. Even though i deal with irate customers each and everydag its worth it the end of the day, what i have is that to be able to survive in my kind of work you need to grow a thick skin and be very attsntive to detail

Excellent learning curve and growth

The management and staff are very supportive. Your mental health is important to the business and you also grow within the business. Working at a Financial Service Company was an eye opener for me because it has taught me how to be financially savvy and improve your credit score. At first I thought I was not going to survive due to the pressure but with the support that I was receiving from all levels I became greatest

Excellent learning curve

Direct Axis has taught me very well because when i came there i didnt have any call centre experience,but they put me on a 3months training,i got to learn from the financial industry,how to communicate telephonically,online with the customers,i got experience from all of that,was well experienced with the computer,telephone,how to deal with customers behaivour.My workers were all friendly,including my Team leaders they were always helpful when you needed help,i enjoyed helping the customers and working with my collegues my challenges were we have to make targets per day so i couldnt reach my target,sometimes customers couldnt pick up their phones,sometimes we were changed from different skills,it would be difficult to reach your target.
