it was a good company with good management even the members where working hard to take company to the good level and position.we where working night-shift and day-shift, for night-shift it was 11 hours and day-shift 8 hours.The rating where different because of different position in side the wearhouse. To those who are interested they can go and drop their CV at midrand next to mall and taxi rank.The most challenging aspect of this company if they find you sleeping or eating during the working hours they fire you immediatly.i enjoy working there because they were giving some food.i learn to love people and your leardership so that you can make your work easy, i was having good relationship with my co-workers.
Pros: working at Dis-chem it was not that easy because first you have to write a test so that you may qualify for the job.
Cons: working hours was so good compared to other company beacuse day-shift was working 8 hours and night-shift 11 hours .

I am deligent worker who take pride at everything that i do.
my current goal is to be part of a good and organised company and after that my goal will be working sincerely and improve myself as able to take more responsibility for the company.

Excellent working experience
Working in the corporate company was a great learning curve because I only worked at the store and being in that company waa great. Everyday at work they where challenges but solving them was no easy but the solutions always help. My relationship with my colleagues was great and easy people to work with and they are very co-operative. I went to the company clueless of what am gnna do but I learned how to deal with potential clients and how to handle the switchboard, and how to multi task. I enjoy socializing with people because it made my work simple. Yhe most challenging part is when dealing with difficult clients on the phone and face to face clients who are angry but being calm helps a lot. I had a great time and learned a lot to all people I've worked with.
Pros: Great opportunity to grow.
Cons: Reasonable hours.

He can work under pressure and his got a lot of ideas in improving food safety system. Seldom have I seen someone at his age level who is committed to his job as Thabang.

A solid begining
My current position as a retail pharmacist has helped me to convert all the theoretical information that my B.Pharm degree has taught me in to practical knowledge. The time that I spent there has taught me all the necessary skills that I need as a pharmacist. Retail is a very dynamic environment where you need to be able to adapt to various situations and be able be cope under pressure. The fact that I constantly work with patients taught me excellent people skills. I have also learned how to work well in a team and can easily take lead when required. As a pharmacist, I constantly need to help with guidance for my co-workers as they help patients. The part of my job as a pharmacist that I enjoy the most is having the ability to help people and to improve their health. For me a challenging aspect of my job is the limiting nature of retail.

Working as a clean I get off at a descent time and it's doable.
My typical workday is Monday to Friday working 8,5 hours a day Relationship with co-workers is great I have to to manage time and to be patient on my work I enjoy working with my colleagues The most challenging aspects is when I am asked to assist electricians

A good learning curve
Early mornings and late afternoons, the employees are good people that love to talk and chat, dealing with customers is a tough thing but you learn to deal with different individuals and accept that not all customers will like you are talk to you on a respective way, managers take advantage of your capabilities and end up using you but we take it as a learning curve and nothing personal.

Excellent learning curve
Worked from 8 in the morning till 6 at night. Trading hours was from 9 - 6 Mondays to Fridays, Weekends was Saturdays from 8-5 and Sundays from 9-2. Worked long hours, fast growing company, learned a lot, lots of opportunities to grow within the business. Management is quite something and you have to have a strong personality to cope with all and everything.
