I am good in number and strategy thinking problem solving skill

THis in one of the best company to work for it has great opportunity and allow us m good in number and strategy thinking problem solving skill my jobs give me that opportunity and it allows me to grow by lett to another department

Pros: Chance of growth and learning other stuff
Cons: It takes time for one to be on the right position and salary scale it to low

Learning opportunities

Cashiers do not get the necessary appreciation they deserve. They get over worked, they work up to 13 days at once. Management do not have enough concern for the lower employees.

Working as a clean I get off at a descent time and it's doable.

My typical workday is Monday to Friday working 8,5 hours a day Relationship with co-workers is great I have to to manage time and to be patient on my work I enjoy working with my colleagues The most challenging aspects is when I am asked to assist electricians

Excellent learning curve

Dis-chem is a great company for anyone that wants growth, I have been with the company for almost 5 years, and I feel comfortable and appreciate but retail is retail. I need something different because I am a single mother.

Hard work and long hours

I learn something new every day, patience is very important and delivering a good service, some patients are very difficult and complain for no reason, I enjoy giving advice to the patients and finding alternative ways to help them.Very busy almost every day, understaffed, great relationship with co-workers and manager, the work hours are the most challenging

Excellent Stepping stone

Time management is their first priority in order to achieve their daily target.the Relationship with co-workers must be built and team work must be practiced.
